El Salvador Finca Santa Elena
Though his farm was destroyed by a nearby volcano some years back, the rejuvenated soil at Don Fernando Lima’s farm now produces one of
El Salvador’s finest crops year after year. Santa Elena offers a complex and ranged coffee crop that earned Cup of Excellence recognition in 2013. Tasting notes: brown sugar, apricot, fig, blackberry, cocoa nib.

Rwanda Rulindo
Situated just below the Equator in Eastern Africa, Rwanda is a burgeoning power in fine coffees that seem to get better with each passing year.
This coffee is produced by a small cooperative representing local farmers in the western region of the country. Tasting notes: juicy, sorghum, rum, lime, black cherry.

Guatemala La Laguna
This coffee, from a collection of small producers in San Pedro, offers up the balanced, sweet notes for which Guatemalan crops have become
known. Grown in the Santa Clara La Laguna, Atitlan region, this coffee is produced using organic practices while maintaining the indigenous traditions of the local ethnic communities. Tasting notes: balanced, brown sugar, cherry, honey crisp apple, marzipan.

Growing heirloom varieties of the coffee plant that exist freely in the country, the Limmu Inara Farmers Multipurpose Cooperative Union produces this exquisitely light-bodied coffee cultivated from plants native to the region. It offers a cup with sweet, bright notes that are balanced by a fine herbal quality. Tasting notes: light bodied, honey, candied lemon, peach blossom, black tea.
