They are deeply passionate about both, but also understand that both are entirely subjective experiences. Yes, they will probably be guilty of some of the cliches themselves, but they certainly aren’t going to rely on them to have you like them, their coffee, or what they are trying to accomplish. Your coffee should be enjoyable to you because you actually enjoy it…and they hope you enjoy theirs!
