Rev Coffee Roasters was born and raised by a community that doesn’t settle for “decent,” so we never learned the meaning of the word. In fact, sourcing, roasting, and preparing coffee that pushes the boundaries of exceptional quality is kind of an obsession for us, so we’re glad to have plenty of coffee around to keep ourselves at it. Our heavily-caffeinated and perfectionist mentality toward coffee is in service to every bar in life that could be raised just a little bit higher.
When the founders of Muss & Turners and Local Three came to us looking to create a custom blend, we jumped at the partnership. After many tastings, we found a blend the entire staff fell in love with. Hence, Consensus Blend.
VHS Espresso Blend
Created to be the ever-changing seasonal espresso blend for Luna Caffe in Wilmington, NC, this espresso comes out sweet, rich and bright. Not your typical shot of espresso, but DEFINITELY worth a try.
Owner and baker for Ratio Bakeshop, Chris Flores, asked us for a coffee that was as decadent as his chocolate fudge brownies. He found it in the Ratio Blend. And we thoroughly enjoyed eating those brownies as "research."
This coffee is as captivating and effervescent as the restaurant that serves it and the owners (Calavino and Doria) who run it: Urban Cannibals. There is always something new and wonderful at their bodega in East Atlanta.
We worked for a while to perfect this blend for one of the best brunch spots in Atlanta, Buttermilk Kitchen. The best biscuits in the world deserve the best coffee, afterall.

This is a blend for those who work hard and enjoy simple pleasures. The flavor of sweet black cherry is presented with a creamy body.

As our darkest roast, the Cerrado shines in a French Press and as cold-brew. Slightly smokey, full-bodied and bittersweet flavors are pleasant in this cup.
